Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 to 2 grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    butter to taste
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, carrots, parsley, butter, salt and pepper in a small amount of water; simmer until tender.
    Add soups and milk; simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer.
