Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained and juice reserved
6 tsp. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 roll pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix pineapple juice and flour, mixing well.
Add sugar and mix.
Add pineapple tidbits and grated cheese.
Pour into baking dish.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted margarine and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
