Shrimp Or Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo
2 or 3 medium onions
1 bell pepper
4 ribs celery
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lemon
Tony's to taste
dash of Worcestershire sauce
parsley
2 pods garlic
1 can mushroom soup
3 lb. peeled shrimp or crawfish
Preparation

Saute onions, celery, tomatoes and seasoning for about 30 minutes.
Add juice of lemon, dash of Worcestershire sauce, parsley and garlic.
Cover pot.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp or crawfish about 8 to 10 minutes.
