Mushroom-Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. light cream or canned milk
    2 Tbsp. cognac or sherry
    salt and pepper
    9-inch pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Heat butter.
    Add onions and saute until transparent.
    Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth.
    Add to onions and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour.
