Ricotta Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta Lamagna
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. each: parsley and oregano
    cooking oil to fry
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix Ricotta with eggs.
    Add all spices, cheese and bread crumbs.
    May require more bread crumbs, added gradually until consistency is smooth to handle.
    Mix well.
    Roll into small football shape.
    Carefully fry in hot oil until golden brown on each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
