Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cubed
1/3 c. flour
1/2 small onion, diced
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Brown floured steak cubes and onion in oil.
Add mushrooms. Add chicken soup and water and cook 30 to 45 minutes on low heat. Add sour cream last and serve over hot rice.
