French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. beef stock or beef broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 rye bread rolls, sliced and toasted
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until lightly browned.
    Add stock and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place toast in ovenproof bowl.
    Put soup in bowl.
    Place Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Place under broiler for a few seconds until cheese is lightly browned.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
