Eggs Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. milk
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Crumble bacon on top (optional).
    Butter all slices of bread and cut into cubes.
    Lay in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over bread. Cube cheese and throw over it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
