Spicy Garlic Chicken With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
    3 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 scallions, chopped
    1/4 c. Chinese chili paste with garlic
Preparation
    Place chicken in a medium bowl.
    Add egg white, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 tablespoons cold water. Toss to coat.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
