Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. carrot, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle flour over cold milk and shake gradually.
    Add to hot mixture, stirring, until it thickens. Remove from heat and add cheese.
