Easy Sausage-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cubed
1 lb. smoked sausage, chunked
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Preparation

Boil potatoes until just tender; drain.
Saute smoked sausage and onion; drain.
Mix together potatoes, sausage, onion, Cheez Whiz and sour cream.
Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
