Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. regular flour or 2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine (room temperature)
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch Teflon-coated loaf pan.
    In small bowl, stir flour, lemon peel, baking powder and salt to mix.
    Set aside.
    Cream remaining ingredients.
    Pour in pan.
    Bake 45 minutes or until done.
