Creamy Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and margarine to boil.
    Stir in flour; remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
    Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until puffs are golden brown.
    Cut off tops with sharp knife and scoop out middle. Save tops.
