Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, soft cooked and cut up
    1 (6 oz.) jar drained chopped green salad olives
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, Velveeta cheese, mayonnaise, onion and salt and pepper to taste well.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with bacon (can use more, if desired).
    Cover with olives.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
