Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small chicken, cooked
    1 medium onion
    4 stalks celery, cut in chunks
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. peas
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Cut fillets the size for serving and dip in 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Roll in Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Place in frypan with melted shortening (1/2 cup).
    Cook and brown on both sides for about 1/2 hour.
