Macadamia Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour with salt.
    Blend butter, cheese and egg.
    Gradually work in flour and nuts.
    Mold into roll 1 1/2-inch diameter.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm.
    Slice into 1/4-inch discs. Bake on lightly floured baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
