Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained (refrigerate)
    1 head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp or mild, your taste)
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 bag Doritos chips
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 package taco seasoning with salad dressing and set aside.
    To assemble:
    A few hours before serving, mix lettuce, tomatoes, beef, onions, beans and cheese into a large bowl.
    Pour dressing mixture over the salad and mix.
    Immediately before serving, add crushed Doritos chips and serve (or can omit if desired).
