Pistachio Pudding Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick, softened margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    12 oz. container Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. Carolina rice
    1 qt. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Wash rice.
    In a large pot (nonstick), mix rice, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Let come to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down flame to simmer.
    Let simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
