Breakfast Casserole(Or Any Meal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
3/4 to 1 lb. grated cheese (any kind)
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fry sausage until cooked; drain very well on paper towels. Butter one side of bread and place evenly in bottom of a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cheese evenly over bread.
Combine beaten eggs with milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over cheese and bread.
Sprinkle sausage on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve.
