Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small butternut squash
    2 1/4 c. sugar (1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 large can milk
    1/2 can pasteurized milk
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
Preparation
    Peel squash, remove seeds, cut in pieces.
    Boil in salt water, add butter\tand
    sugar until soft.\tBeat in mixer well, remove beater and\trinse
    under water to wash out any strings. Add butter and
    sugar,
    beat again until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time, then
    add
    milk,
    nutmeg,
    cinnamon,
    orange peel, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Bake in crust at 350\u00b0 until brown. (Bake on cookie sheet
    if preferred.) Add 1 small box raisins for variety.
