Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can condensed green pea soup
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
3 c. milk
1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 lb. boiled shrimp
1/2 c. sherry
Preparation

Blend soups with milk. Heat and add crab meat, shrimp and sherry just before serving.
Add a twist of lemon peel to each bowl of soup.
Serves 6.
