Thai Chicken Fettucine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. picante sauce
    1/4 c. chunky style peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    6 oz. dry fettucine, cooked per pkg. directions and drained
    3 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped cilantro
    1/4 c. peanut halves
    1/4 c. thin red bell pepper strips
Preparation
    Combine picante sauce, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger in small saucepan.
    Cook and stir over low heat until blended and smooth.
    Reserve 1/4 cup.
    Toss remaining sauce mixture with hot cooked fettucine.
    Cook chicken in oil until browned and cooked through (about 5 minutes).
    Add reserved picante sauce mixture and mix well.
