Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cooked or canned corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt shortening.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Add milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
    Remove from heat; add well-beaten eggs and pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until corn is firm.
