Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small chopped onion
3 c. grated zucchini
black pepper and parsley (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
