Easy Beef And Dumpling Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. eye roast
    6 carrots
    6 potatoes
    1/2 box Annie's dumplings
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Gravy Master
Preparation
    At 7 a.m., put beef, carrots and potatoes with salt, pepper and Gravy Master into 6-quart crock-pot and cover with water. Cook on high all day.
    At 4:00 p.m., remove finished beef, potatoes and carrots.
    Pour liquid through strainer into 6-quart saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Add dumplings; return to boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring gently often.
