Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef in heavy kettle.
Drain excess fat and add tomato juice, onion, potatoes, carrots and salt.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Blend into first mixture and serve.
