Swiss Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat milk until simmering.
    Cook broccoli and onions in milk until tender.
    Melt butter in small saucepan.
    Stir in flour, add this mixture to milk mixture.
    Cook 3 minutes; remove from heat and add cheese and salt.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Serve immediately.
