Jack Mackerel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Jack Mackerel, drained
    1/4 c. meal
    1/8 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into patties.
    If too moist, add more meal; if too dry, add a little juice off mackerel. Fry in hot oil until a golden brown on both sides.
