Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. herb stuffing mix (save 1/2 for topping)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole.
    Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
