Mostaccioli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box mostaccioli noodles
1 lb. jar Ragu sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Drain and add sauce to noodles.
Brown beef in skillet; drain grease and add to noodles and sauce.
Stir cottage cheese and egg together and add to noodle mixture.
Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
Add Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
