Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 to 8 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Pop popcorn and keep hot in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn, mixing well.
    Bake in roasting pan.
    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely and break apart.
    Store in airtight container.
