Quick Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix together with hands and place in a covered bowl in refrigerator for 3 hours.
    Make into desired rolls and bake 20 minutes in hot oven.
