Stir-Fried Pork And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 pork chops, cut up
2 Tbsp. oil
Rice-A-Roni
Chinese vegetables (frozen)
garlic salt and pepper, to season chops
ginger spice for Chinese veggies
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Use skillet to brown cut up chops in oil.
Let simmer, covered, until completely done.
Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to box directions.
Reduce the water suggested on the box for fluffier rice.
Combine rice with meat and mix well.
Add egg. Stir frequently.
Serve with cooked Chinese vegetables poured on top of rice/chop mixture.
