Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices white bread
2 slices rye bread
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or soup
1 tsp. oregano
little parsley
Preparation

Start oven at 375\u00b0 and grease shallow pan.
Put both kinds of bread in large bowl.
Pour 1 cup water over bread and let soak for several minutes.
Then mash fine with fork.
Combine meat, bread, parsley, chopped onion,
Parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf.
Bake 30 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce or soup on. Sprinkle oregano and bake 30 minutes more.
