Chicken And Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas
    1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
    16 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 large jar chunky salsa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In center of each tortilla, place 1/4 cup chicken (chopped), 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 tablespoons salsa. Roll up and arrange seam-side down in a casserole dish.
    Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
