Mae Eide'S Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    beets, sliced or diced
Preparation
    Boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
