Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour, sifted

Preparation

Combine shortening, salt, soda and peanut butter.
Mix well. Add sugars and cream together.
Add eggs, mixing well. Add flour and blend. Roll into balls.
Mash with fork dipped in flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
