Pinto Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pinto beans
water
salt
cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
garlic to taste
ham, sausage or bacon pieces
Preparation

Soak beans all night or at least 3 or 4 hours.
Put in pot and cover with water; add salt and boil.
Add cilantro, cumin, cayenne pepper and garlic.
Add ham, sausage or bacon pieces.
Cook until done.
Add water as needed, beans juice should be slightly thick.
