Pitzales - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 c. flour
 
3/4 c. shortening
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. anise seed
confectioners sugar
Preparation
- 
                            In a large bowl, use pastry blender to work flour and shortening together to the consistency of coarse meal.
 
Set aside in refrigerator.
