Ingredients

1 lb. fresh small okra pods
2 dried red peppers
2 canned chili peppers
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Sterilize jars and lids and keep in hot water until ready to use.
Pack okra in jar.
On top place 1 red pepper, 1 green chili pepper and 2 cloves garlic.
In small pan, combine vinegar, salt and 1/2 cup water.
Bring to boil and pour over okra.
Let stand at room temperature.
Refrigerate 2 weeks before serving.
