Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
3/4 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Pour over meat.
Bake until meat is done, basting occasionally.
(Will barbecue 3 to 4 pounds.)
