Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. garbanzo beans, drain and reserve liquid
1 1/2 c. tahini (gourmet section)
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Put all ingredients in food processor and blend together.
Add reserved liquid a little at a time to bring the hummus to a peanut butter state.
Serve with warm pita bread.
