Chocolate Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafer crumbs (about 38 cookies)
    2 c. finely chopped almonds
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    Powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix wafer crumbs, almonds and 2 cups powdered sugar in large bowl.
    Stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate at least five days to blend flavors.
    Yields about 5 dozen.
