Unbelievable Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 c. water
1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In blender container, combine all ingredients except coconut.
Blend on low for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into greased 10-inch pie plate.
Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut over top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Serve warm or cool.
Refrigerate leftovers.
