Instant Cocoa Mix(1 Gallon Dry Mix) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. (6 oz. jar) powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
10 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk (enough to make 8 qt.)
1 lb. instant cocoa mix

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Store in an airtight one gallon container.
To serve, fill a mug half-full of the mixture; finish filling with water and stir until blended. Heat in microwave oven on Full power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until warmed.
