2 to 3 large cans Libby's sauerkraut
2 to 3 pkg. country-style backbone ribs (pork)
Preparation

In a large Pyrex dish or Dutch oven, place sauerkraut and then ribs on top of kraut and bake covered with lid or foil for about 2 hours at 350\u00b0. Remove foil and cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
