Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
    3 eggs, hard-boiled and quartered
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and broken up
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
    1 onion, cut in rings
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
