Brown Bag Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 tsp. vinegar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites very
    stiff.
    Gradually
    add
    sugar and cream of tartar.\tBeat
    very
    well.
    Slowly
    add\tvinegar
    and vanilla, while still beating.
    Cut
    brown
    bag
    little
    larger than cookie sheet (use inside
    of
    bag).
    Drop\tby teaspoon on sheet 1 inch apart.
    Place pecan
    half
    on each.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Let cool on
    cookie sheet of brown paper bag. For
    Christmas candy, add few drops of red or green cake color before baking.
