Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. rolled nuts
2 c. Bran Flakes
1/2 c. Wheat Bran
2/3 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. chopped pecans
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped dates
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut oil
3 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 350\u00b0.
Mix all dry ingredients, except raisins and dates.
In saucepan, bring honey, oil, vanilla and corn syrup
to
a
boil.
Mix hot liquid into dry ingredients. Bake 30
minutes,
stirring
every 5 minutes.
Add raisins and dates.
Cool.
Store in airtight container.
