Broccoli With Shells And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage \"out of casings\"
    2 large heads broccoli (frozen broccoli may be used)
    1 lb. small shells or cavatelli
    2 cloves garlic
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown sausage in 1/4 cup olive oil. Add rest of oil and
    garlic
    and
    saute
    to
    light
    brown; put aside. Cook broccoli
    until
    tender.
    Cook
    shells
    as usual. Drain broccoli and shells.
    Put
    in
    large bowl.\tDrizzle with sausage and oil and
    toss
    gently.\tAdd
    crushed hot pepper to taste and grated Italian cheese.
